Effective September 15, 2026. These Terms govern use of the WedBeacon public website, Business Check, subscriber application, Discovery Snapshots, and related wedding discovery-intelligence services.

Acceptance and authority
By accessing or using WedBeacon, you agree to these Terms. If you use WedBeacon for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to provide the submitted information and to act for that business where the requested action requires such authority. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
Public website and complimentary Business Check
The public website provides information about WedBeacon and may offer a complimentary Business Check or Discovery Snapshot. Submitting business information authorizes WedBeacon to use the submitted details and relevant publicly available business information to evaluate the request. A submission does not guarantee acceptance, a score, a report, a particular finding, or marketing consent.
Accounts and account security
Some features require a WedBeacon account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, limiting access to authorized users, and notifying WedBeacon if you believe an account has been compromised. WedBeacon may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect an account, the service, other users, or WedBeacon systems.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid WedBeacon plans are recurring subscriptions at the price and cadence shown when you enroll. Stripe processes subscription payments and provides billing-management services. Plan features and limits vary by tier. Changes made through Stripe or the WedBeacon billing experience take effect according to the subscription state shown at the time of the change. Cancellation may be scheduled for the end of the current paid period when supported by the billing workflow. Fees already charged are not automatically refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by WedBeacon.
Service changes and availability
WedBeacon may improve, add, remove, or modify features, methods, limits, providers, or user interfaces over time. WedBeacon may also perform maintenance or suspend a feature when necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, provider availability, or product operation. WedBeacon does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Discovery intelligence and AI limitations
WedBeacon provides analytical discovery intelligence based on bounded evidence, public information, configured providers, and measured search or AI observations available at the time of analysis. Search engines, AI systems, websites, competitors, market conditions, and public evidence change. WedBeacon does not control third-party ranking or recommendation systems and does not guarantee rankings, AI recommendations, inquiries, bookings, revenue, or future outcomes.
Evidence, recommendations, and business decisions
WedBeacon is designed to distinguish observed evidence, evidence-backed interpretation, and information that remains unknown or unmeasured. Reports, scores, recommendations, drafts, competitive comparisons, and implementation guidance are informational tools for business decision-making. You remain responsible for reviewing proposed changes, confirming business facts, and deciding whether and how to implement recommendations.
Your content and submitted information
You retain responsibility for information, text, instructions, or other material you provide to WedBeacon. You grant WedBeacon permission to process that material as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service. You should not submit material you do not have the right to provide or unnecessary sensitive information.
Public information and third-party services
WedBeacon may analyze public websites and business information and may depend on third-party services such as hosting, payment processors, email providers, search or location providers, and AI providers. Those third-party services have their own terms, availability, and technical limitations. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make WedBeacon responsible for those sites.
Intellectual property
WedBeacon's software, branding, site design, original content, scoring and presentation systems, reports, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, WedBeacon grants you a limited right to use reports and account materials for your own legitimate business purposes. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or republish substantial portions of the service except where law expressly permits it.
Acceptable use
You may not use WedBeacon to violate law or third-party rights; interfere with security or service operation; probe or bypass access controls; introduce malware; automate abusive traffic; misrepresent your identity or authority; harvest private information; or use the service to create deceptive, unlawful, or harmful content.
Suspension and termination
WedBeacon may restrict or terminate access for material violation of these Terms, abuse, fraud, nonpayment, security risk, legal requirement, or conduct that threatens the service or other users. You may stop using the public service at any time and may manage or cancel an eligible paid subscription through the available billing controls.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, WedBeacon is provided on an as-available basis. WedBeacon does not warrant that every public fact will be complete or current, that every provider response will be reproducible, or that following a recommendation will produce a particular commercial result. Nothing in WedBeacon is legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WedBeacon and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or losses caused by third-party search, AI, hosting, payment, or communications services. Any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from information or material you submit, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights, except to the extent the claim results from WedBeacon's own conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Disputes and applicable law
These Terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you and that cannot be waived by contract. Unless a separate written agreement controls, disputes should first be raised with WedBeacon so the parties can attempt a practical resolution. Any unresolved dispute may be brought in a court that has lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute.
Changes to these Terms
WedBeacon may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
