What you can request
You may request access to personal information associated with you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where applicable, an objection or opt-out request where supported by applicable law, or correction of public business information. Requests are evaluated according to applicable law, the nature of the record, and legitimate requirements to retain security, billing, audit, evidence, or suppression history.
Verification
WedBeacon may need to verify your identity, control of the email address involved, or authority to act for a business before completing a request. Do not upload or send passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or identity documents unless WedBeacon specifically requests an appropriate verification method after reviewing your request.
What happens next
After submission, WedBeacon records the request and sends it to the privacy team for review. If more information is required, WedBeacon will contact you using the email address provided. The response time depends on the request and applicable law.
Request assistance
If you cannot complete the Data Request form, use the Support page and choose the Privacy or data request topic. Include enough information for WedBeacon to understand the request without sending passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Historical analysis and suppression records
Correcting current business information does not always require deleting historical analysis that accurately records what evidence was available at an earlier time. Likewise, unsubscribe and suppression records may be retained as necessary to honor your request not to receive future outreach.
